It is a hospital they can be busy and sometimes you have to wait. But I have always had courteous and professional staff that have kept me informed and managed my expectations of when to expect for care. Sometimes other animals have more pressing needs, just like a human hospital. But I have always received thorough and professional help from a staff that always does their best to help me understand what my pet needs.
