What to Expect: TriageTo maintain our exceptional standards, each pet will be triaged (prioritized) on arrival. Critical cases will be received first. Due to high volume, wait times may be prolonged. If you are asked to wait, please exercise empathy and patience, as it means someone else’s pet requires more urgent care.
We maximize time-to-treatment with on-site diagnostic tools and technology, state-of-the-art surgical suites, and a fully-equipped medical wing for 24-hour hospitalized care. This technology, along with our expert veterinary personnel, ensures rapid and tailored treatment for every pet.
Pet emergencies and unexpected ailments are stressful for pets and owners alike. In addition to providing round-the-clock emergency services and support, we strive to create a calm and compassionate environment where each pet has equal access to timely care.
What to Expect: Exceptional, Individualized Care
If it is safe to do so, call ahead to discuss your pet's condition. If your pet is critical, this lets us prepare for their arrival and anticipate their needs. If your pet is stable, you may be given an approximate wait time or referred for care during normal business hours.
